Job Description
Job Summary :
- The Support Engineer as a part of fleet tracking is responsible for handling technical problems that have been reported by clients & customers.
- Should have basic knowledge of configuration,
troubleshooting of GPS units and supporting clients through voice & E-mail.
- Should take up calls of the clients/customer, if the sales
executive is unable to fulfil the technical queries.
- Should be a customer supporter for timely resolution of the
problems reported.
- Routine check of individual clients and monitoring the logs
in excel.
- Good knowledge in reading and interpreting event and debug
logs
- Properly escalating unresolved issues...
- Software knowledge covering C#, Java, SQL server, In
supporting client for integration of GPS unit protocol with client server
scenarios.
- Strong Communication and
Presentation skills in both English and Hindi
- Capability to translate the
customer business issues into technical support team
- Prior experience in Hardware & Software support.
