Location - Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 2)

Job Description
· Candidate must have good knowledge of desktop support.
· Candidate should have knowledge of either of the technology Antivirus/patching/windows OS/Outlook/DHCP/DNS.
· Ready to work on 24x7 support (rotational shifts)
Desired Skills
· Ability to Understand and support devices like Desktops/ Laptops, Printers.
· To provide support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving desktop PC/Server problems.
· High-level Desktop troubleshooting and maintenance
· Basic knowledge of Windows installation and Application troubleshooting experience (eg: MS Outlook/Outlook Express)
· Antivirus Software Installation and troubleshooting
· Windows/Microsoft Updates/Patch Management.
· Installation / re-installation, upgrades, and patches for desktops.
· Patching on antivirus servers, DNS, DHCP, backups.
· Basics knowledge of Servers and AD/ Exchange (optional)
· Installation & troubleshooting of all MS Windows operating systems.
· Configuration of Email Clients & troubleshoot.
· Configuration of Printers & basic diagnosis.
Educational Qualification - Any Graduate.
