Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues related to Windows, Citrix, Azure, Office 365 etc. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Excellent communication skills will make you an ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
- Reproduce customer environment and run tests
- Manage and electronic tickets efficiently
- Liaise between the customer success team, and customers to properly customer problems
- Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware
Qualifications
- 1+ years' of technical support experience or semi-technical
- Customer service oriented
- Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
- Flexible with night shifts
- MCSE /Azure IaaS course or certification
