Working Relationships -
Should maintain a good relationship with store & WH Mangers, Head cashiers at stores.ZONE Team, Vendors who are working for SWO HW Support.
Experience Requirements-1 + Years
Skills and Knowledge -
- Troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues and resolve.
- Troubleshoot POS related issues.
- Knowledge of LAN and WAN
- Knowledge on mail configuration
- Should be able to install OS like Windows 7 / Windows 10/ Linux etc
- Knowledge of Router and AP basic configuration and troubleshooting.
Qualification -
- Diploma in Hardware & Networking or above Other Experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office
