We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our support team. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by customers, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and technical excellence. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping users overcome challenges with software, hardware, or networking systems.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will serve as a key point of contact between the company and its customers, offering assistance via phone, email, chat, or remote support tools. You will troubleshoot technical issues, escalate complex problems to higher-level teams, and ensure that all support requests are resolved within the defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Answering customer inquiries and listen to their problems/asks
- Troubleshooting customer reported problems – Remote support and On-site support.
- Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective and preventive steps.
- Installation of OS and software.
- Providing training to the customer on software and solutions.
- Product demonstration to customers.
- Generating problem reports, logging issues, escalation of critical issues.
