Job Description
We are looking to hire a skilled technical support engineer to assist our clients with all IT and technical-related issues. You will be required to respond to report tickets and assist clients via remote access or on-site. This may include installing hardware and software systems, diagnosing networking issues, installing upgrades, and resolving IT issues.
- Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA
- Experience: 1 – 3 years
Key Responsibilities

Technical Troubleshooting
Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with software applications, hardware, network configurations, or other technical systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems reported by customers, ensuring timely resolution. -
Customer Interaction
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their issues and provide guidance through various support channels, including phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems. -
Problem Resolution
Investigate, identify, and resolve software and hardware issues. Provide clear instructions to users on how to address common technical problems and assist with advanced troubleshooting when necessary. -
Documentation and Reporting
Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the support system (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow). Maintain detailed records of known issues, workarounds, and solutions. -
Product Knowledge and Training
Continuously update product knowledge by staying informed about new features, bug fixes, and product updates. Share technical insights and solutions with internal teams and customers. Provide training and guidance on product features to end users. -
Collaboration with Development Teams
Work with product development teams to report bugs, escalate critical issues, and suggest improvements based on customer feedback and technical findings. -
Installation and Configuration Assistance
Assist customers in setting up and configuring software, hardware, or networks. Guide them through installation processes, setup procedures, and integration with existing systems. -
Remote Support
Provide remote technical support by using remote access tools to diagnose and fix issues on customer systems. Ensure minimal disruption to customer operations during troubleshooting. -
Customer Feedback Collection
Gather customer feedback regarding product performance, ease of use, and common pain points. Contribute insights to improve product features and user experience. -
Maintenance of Knowledge Base
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of technical issues, solutions, and best practices. Create articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for customers to reference.
