Job Description

Role : Technical solutions & Product promotion, Business development activities By Sales 

We are looking for a Graduate Diploma/Mechanical Engineer or Relevant Discipline.

* Must have a Good Communication Skill in English/Hindi/Gujrati.

*Must a skill to coordinate with customers to visit sites and customer places.

* Must have a knowledge to work in MS office tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Solutions & Customer Support

  • Provide timely and accurate technical assistance to customers regarding product usage, performance, and troubleshooting.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimum downtime for customers.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospects.

  • Suggest modifications or improvements to products based on customer feedback and technical evaluations.

  • Collaborate with the product development team to communicate client requirements and technical challenges.

2. Product Promotion & Demonstration

  • Promote the company’s products to existing and potential customers through demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.

  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and technical events to showcase products.

  • Develop marketing materials, technical datasheets, and presentations to highlight product features and advantages.

  • Conduct product training sessions for customers, distributors, and internal teams.

3. Business Development & Sales Support

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory or industry segment.

  • Support the sales team in lead generation, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Negotiate technical and commercial terms with customers, ensuring profitable deals.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.

  • Prepare reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.

  • Share regular updates with the management team on business development progress.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all technical and commercial activities.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, or industrial products.

  • Knowledge of product design, operation, and maintenance principles.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical manuals.

  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Sales & Business Development Skills

  • Ability to identify potential clients and convert leads into customers.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Understanding of sales processes, from prospecting to closing.

  • Experience in preparing commercial proposals and quotations.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language, if required).

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with diverse clients.
