- Open to providing weekend support

- Basic understanding of databases, ERP systems, or business applications will be an advantage.
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined fresh graduates to join our D365 Support team as Tech Support Associate. The selected candidates will be trained on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and will provide Level 1 support across business functions such as Point of Sale (POS), Supply Chain, Master Data Management (MDM), and Finance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 users.
- Log, track, and resolve user issues within defined SLAs.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate functional or technical teams.
- Support users across POS, Supply Chain, MDM, and Finance modules.
- Assist in troubleshooting application-related issues and user queries.
- Maintain issue logs, knowledge articles, and support documentation.
- Coordinate with business teams during testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Participate in training sessions to develop functional and technical expertise on D365.
Desired Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or software applications.
- Understanding of business processes such as retail operations, inventory management, or finance is a plus.
- Strong learning agility and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
