- International Voice Process - Technical Support
- Handling calls from the United States to troubleshoot and resolve network, operating system, and client tool issues.
- Freshers or 1-4 years of experience can apply

- It is necessary to have excellent communication skills. Shifts are necessary for rotational shifts (morning and night shifts must).
- In addition, training is provided. This role is only open to Bangalore residents and WFO only.
