- Handle Customer's Inbound Calls.
- Troubleshooting/Solving Queries on their issues on Laptop, Desktop, Printer.
- Knowledge on Active Directory, Access Management, MS-Office.
- Candidate should be willing to work 24/7, in rotational shifts and rotational week off.
- 5 days of working and 2 days of rotational off.
- 2 way cab provided by the company.
