Job Description
- Level 1 Support : Product Support/ Implementation and Training
- Provide Technical / Functional Support for GreeneStep Product Suite that includes
- ERP, Web Store and CRM.
- Setup and Configure GreeneStep Application modules in Windows Server and
- Windows Client workstations
- Involve in Product Implementation, Training, Testing & Documentation
- Technical Knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, MS SQL Server, HTML, ASP.NET and CSS will be added advantage
- Functional Knowledge of Book Keeping, Inventory Management, Sales and
- Purchase Process that is Supply Chain domain.
- Good written and verbal communication
- Must be able to speak to US Customers and provide solution / suggestions.
- Must be able to write Functional and Technical documentation on customer requirements for Product Customization or Enhancement feature.
- Work and coordinate with Development / Technical Team
- This job involves working from Bangalore Office for USA Time Zones
- Any Bachelor’s Degree with Information Technology or in Accounting / Commerce degrees.
- Knowledge of MS SQL writing Store Procedures, Basics of ASP.NET and HTML
- Salary:
- For Freshers : Fixed stipend will paid for 6 months. On review, Company will decide on the payroll.
