Technical support Executive
Job Description
Technical support executives are responsible for working with customers and team members for problems that may arise in an organization.
- Answering phone calls, writing replies to emails and excelling in customer service.
- Providing technical solutions to different problems of customers by taking help of different tools.
- Ensure that the call comments are properly arranged and suitable information is provided to customers.
- Maintain high quality standards taking into view each aspect of attending the customer, listening to their problems and offering appropriate solutions to them.
Skills & Requirements:
- Act as an intermediary between the organization and customer such as dealing with the complaints and queries of consumers.
- Preparation of set answers in order to reply to customer queries immediately.
- Should have dual qualities of time management, patience and ability to speak to customers with confidence and conviction.
- Should have an attitude that is well approachable by customers and understanding their problems.
- Should have extremely good listening skills in order to understand what the customer wants to say or express.
- Must know Languages: English, Kannada, Hindi and Manageable Telugu and Tamil.
