Job Description
- Answering customer inquiries and listen to their problems/asks
- Troubleshooting customer reported problems – Remote support and On-site support.
- Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective and preventive steps.
- You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.
- Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
- Product demonstration to customers.
- Generating problem reports, logging issues, escalation of critical issues.
- Having knowledge on Fire Alarm System , Public Address System , Professional Lighting , Conference System , Sound System etc.
