1. Technical Support catering to customers in the US & CANADA
2. Should have sound Knowledge of Technical Support.
3. Aggressive to convert sales
4. Converting a user into a customer is important but transforming a customer into a repeat customer is more important for profitability.
5. Garmin Support.
6. Good technical knowledge, Good convincing skills
