We are looking for freshers for the position of Technical Support Executive who have good communication skills in English and Hindi (Preferred).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To provide solutions to technical problems through phone support or remote support that may arise in the customer place.
• Should have basic and advanced level skills on computer and understand the technical process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
• Mandatory– Spoken language skills – Hindi
