- Responsible to provide *technical support assistance to US customers.*
- Responsible to troubleshoot the issues related to Desktop, Laptops & Printers.

- Possess good analytical skills - detail oriented
- Possess good communication skills
- Be familiar with Microsoft applications.
- Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work
- Salary: 12K- 27K inhand plus incentives.
