Job Description
•Provide
immediate technical assistance to hotel staff to resolve computer software
problems either via telephone or electronically.
•Provide
support to users in problem resolution, guide the user through troubleshooting
procedures and assist with developing troubleshooting scripts.
•Recreate
user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
•Tracks
client issues and resolutions to assure satisfaction and closure; qualifies
trouble tickets for escalation as appropriate.
•Recommends
system modification or hardware and software improvements to reduce or
eliminate user problems based on documented troubleshooting guides
•Performs
upgrades to software, and deployment of new software technologies in compliance
with internal documentation, controls, policies, and standards.
