One of our Leading MNC Client is Hiring for Technical Support for Hyderabad Location
Designation: Help Desk Analyst. – (it is a Voice Process. candidates will be taking calls & resolve technical issues)
Work Location: Hyderabad
Support Type - International Voice
Requirements:
- Ready to work for a voice process.
- Any Undergrad/Graduate can walk-in.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible for 24*7 shifts.
- Both pick and drop facility.
- Able to troubleshoot issues relating to Laptop's, I phone / I pads mobility issues, Printer, Scanner, LAN, WAN, Outlook issues
- Able to handle Wi-Fi connectivity issues, Router's issues, VPN, DNS, Internet applications.
- Have hands-on experience and knowledge on Internet Concepts, IP.
- Basic troubleshooting skills relating to hardware and software.
- Able to fix the issues on Blue screen & Black screen Error & troubleshot them with ease.
