Technical Support Executive
Job Description
- Huge experience in International Voice Process:Inbound/Outbound
- Providing Technical Support to International customers through remote related to any of the product lines like computers, laptops, Operating System, browser, email, chat, anti-virus etc.
- Handling Pop up Calls, proficient in Connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
- Excellent sales knowledge of Operating systems like Microsoft, MAC & Apple Operating System
- Managing call for USA & Canada
- Good with sales conversion
Salary: 6K-10K(negotiable) In Hand + Unlimited Performance Based Incentives upto 50,000Office Timings: 9PM to 6AM (8hours shift + one hour break); Sundays fixed offDoor to door cab facilities for our women employees
