Job Description
- Answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem
- Select and explain the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution .
- Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.
