Technical Support Executive
  • A dynamic professional - minimum 10+2 educational qualification.
  • EXPERIENCE:Minimum 6 Months Experience in a Tech Support process with a hand in working on remote screens with an International BPO/ITES.
  • Only experienced candidates may apply.
  • Salary 10k-18k.
  • Transport service provided.
  • Meal at work.
  • 5 Days working culture.
  • Should be open for rotational shifts.
  • Handling US customers thru remote/chat and voice sessions and providing technical support.
  • Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues.
  • Should possess excellent knowledge of networking concepts.
  • Should have excellent computer knowledge
  • Remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned systems/peripherals.
  • Diagnosis & resolving of the software issues highlighted/not highlighted by the tech sales and trouble shootings.
  • Good verbal/written communication
  • Good level of knowledge of database concepts, SQL.
  • Basic level of knowledge of any programming language (C or C++ or Java) and Networking concepts
  • Confident and determined approach
  • A high degree of self-motivation and drive
  • Ability to work both, independently and as part of a team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with resolutions
  • Open to feedback & learning
