- US Voice Process - Technical Support / Sales/Telle-Caller
- American Software Technology Pvt Ltd — Panchkula, Haryana
- Salary Upto 3,50,000 per year
- Providing telephone and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products.
- Sales and Delivery of Technical Services and Support for major Printers, Routers, Computers, I-pads.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to computers, routers, and printers. Fixation of Virus and Malware intrusion Etc.
- Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
- Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
- Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
- Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
- Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting service.
- Graduate / Pursuing Graduation / Drop outs.
- 0 - 6 months Exp. in Voice support in BPO/KPO/IT. (US Calling)
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal as well as written.
- Best Salary Package in Tricity + Incentives
- Salary range : 15,000 INR to 30,000 INR
- Cab Facility Available.
