Job Description
- Out call / Answer phones and respond to customer requests over call/Chat/Email
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff (as and when asked for)
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system and applications
- 10+2/Graduate/10+ 2 years of Diploma cleared
- Must be Good in English & Hindi.
- Patience - Ability to deal with difficult, escalated emails/calls
- Positive attitude
- Annual Salary Rs. 1.0 to 3.0 Lacs ( Depends upon skill set ).
- Shifts –Evening Shifts for Male candidate’s ( Full timer + Part Timers ) & Morning shifts for female candidate’s.
