Job Description

URGENT OPENINGS:
POSITIONS: Technical Support Executives (Voice / Non Voice)  - 500 Nos. @ KocharTech Vadodara.

Job profile:       
  • Out call / Answer phones and respond to customer requests over call/Chat/Email      
  • Provide customers with product and service information      
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff (as and when asked for)       
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system and applications 
Eligibilitie's:    
  • 10+2/Graduate/10+ 2 years of Diploma cleared      
  • Must be Good in English & Hindi.      
  • Patience - Ability to deal with difficult, escalated emails/calls      
  • Positive attitude
  • Annual Salary Rs. 1.0 to 3.0 Lacs ( Depends upon skill set ).
  • Shifts –Evening Shifts for Male candidate’s ( Full timer + Part Timers ) & Morning shifts for female candidate’s.
