Job Description
We are actively seeking Technical Support Executive to provide support for mail servers, firewalls, routers, ip-pbx to domestic customers.
Knowledge of basic networking and network devices
Hired candidates will be imparted one month training for related products and services.
Candidate should have good analytical skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
The ability to quickly learn technologies and products using documentation and Internet resources is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Assistance & Troubleshooting
- Respond to customer queries and technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
Customer Support & Query Resolution
- Provide technical support for products, software, or services.
- Document customer issues and resolutions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams if necessary.
Product Knowledge & Reporting
- Stay updated with product updates, system changes, and new technologies.
- Maintain detailed reports on common technical issues to improve processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to enhance customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical & IT Skills
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
- Basic understanding of software applications, hardware, and cloud technologies.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Patience and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to handle technical queries calmly and professionally.
