Position: - Technical Support Executive
Location: - Vadodara OR Remote
Job Type: - Full Time
Responsibilities:
· Queries handling.
· Troubleshooting of software.
· Escalation handling client Retention is must as clients are from all over India and abroad.
· Generate leads and build relationship for potential conversion as well as renewal.
- Acquisition of new clients and through different marketing techniques.
· Retention of clients.
Requirements
· Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Tech Support or calling.
· Basic knowledge of Stock Market ( NSE, Derivatives, BSE & Commodity )
· Must be a Graduate Degree Holder (B.E., BCA, BBA, B Com & B.Sc.)
· Excellent Communication with Convincing & Presentation skills.
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Added Advantage:
· Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
