About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Product Knowledge:
a) Develop a deep understanding of our software products and stay updated on new features and updates
b) Effectively communicate product features, functionalities, and best practices to customers
2. Issue Resolution:
a) Investigate and analyze customer-reported issues, working closely with the development team to identify and implement solutions
b) Document and track customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
