Job Description
Ø Maintain good working relationships, Co-ordination, discussion and communication.
Ø Daily working process review and discussion
Ø Developing and executing strategies for marketing and customer relations activities
Ø Planning and coordinating the penetration of new Client.
Ø Client Co-Ordination
Ø The selected candidates would be responsible for assisting Customs & Excise Departments, CONCOR, Port Authorities, Importers, Exporters, Transporters, Shipping Liners etc. with the functioning of the application, website troubleshooting, on-site support at the time of sealing.
Experience working in Govt projects in tech services experience will be preferable.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Basic to advanced knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and networking.

Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM tools, and remote support software.

Understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common productivity software.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and customer support workflows is a plus.
