Technical Support Job in Purepages at Gurgaon

Job Duties:

• Identifying and solving issues with the internet, networking, browsing, etc.
• Providing timely updates on issues to the customers.
• Resolving client issues received by phone, email or assignment under tight time constraints.
• Log all support calls in call tracking system and escalation of problems where appropriate.
• Contribute to support documents, FAQ's and Knowledge-Based articles.

Expertise required:

• Operating Systems: Windows OS, MS DOS, Apple OS, Android, etc.
• Troubleshooting: PC, Printers, Modem, Router, Switches, Cell phones, VOIP, Connectivity, Browsing, etc.
• Tools & Techniques: DOS, Telnet, SSH, Remote Desktop Sharing, CRM, etc.
• Expert knowledge of Internet, browsers, cell phone OS and web navigation.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting, data analysis, etc.
• Excellent communication skills demonstrated through customer service & technical support experience.
• Willing to work in 24x7 work environment.

Progress : May go upto Supervisor & TL positions.

Excellent Communication is required.
French would be an added advantage.
