About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and diagnose issues and problems
2. Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions
3. Support problem identification process
4. Monitor issues from start to resolution
5. Escalate unresolved problems to a higher level of support, if needed
6. Provide essential online security advice and support
