Any Degree /Diploma
- Answering customer inquiries and listen to their problems/asks
- Troubleshooting customer reported problems – Remote support and On-site support.
- Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective and preventive steps.
- Installation of OS and software.
- Providing training to the customer on software and solutions.
- Product demonstration to customers.
- Generating problem reports, logging issues, escalation of critical issues.
Should have worked as a Technical Service Desk Executive for min 6 months to 2 Years have worked for any Global client (preferably US Client).
- Freshers can apply who have Good communication with US Accent (written & oral)
- Should have Knowledge /Expertise on all Service desk activities (Desktop Support, Application Installation, Basic Networking, Windows Troubleshooting, pending call follow up, vendor interaction, user interaction)
Required Skills:
- Good reasoning and analytical skills
- Good listening skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Job Type: Full-time (Inbound)
- Salary: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
- Experience: IT Support: 6 months to 2 year (Preferred)
- Education: Any Degree / Diploma
- Work Remotely: Currently Yes
- Work Location: Whitefield
- Transport: Pick & Drop facility
