Job Summary
- Job Title: Service Desk or L1 Support Associates
- Experience: 0.6- 3 years
- Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Joining: Immediate (7 days – 15 days).
- Position Type : On roll / Direct Payroll of Tech Mahindra
Responsibilities and Duties
Key Roles and Responsibilities.
- Respond quickly to all queries and incidents and be the First line application support.
- Manage incidents, including via telephone, Chat & email.
- Documentation, recording & updating incident details in CRM tool.
- Communication, alerting technical staff via assignments and escalating to Resolver group
- Support & Classification, making an initial assessment into the nature of the incident, assessing the
- Severity, impact and risk.
- Answering queries and resolution of straight forward incidents
- Escalation of unresolved cases to next level application specialist teams.
- Monitoring & Tracking, reviewing the progress of an incident and keeping the customer informed.
- Closure, formally closing incidents.
- Initial review and evaluation of the case.
- Communicating major IT incidents to affected customers.
- 1st line application support and diagnosis
- Assisting the client with L1 and L1.5 Support activities
- Should possess experience in Outage management and working knowledge on coordination with the relevant resolver groups.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Candidate must be graduate and diploma is not accepted.
- Fluent communication skill.
- Fresher's are not allowed.
- Must have minimum six months(0.6) of experience in service desk or in technical support.
- Candidates should have International customer handling exposure [Voice].
- Should possess basic knowledge on ITIL Framework ,Incident Management experience, change management, service management and knowledge in active directories, LAN,MAN support and troubleshooting of LAN,MAN and VPN issues,Outlook Configuration and knowledge about Office 365.
