Job Description

At present, we are looking for graduates who can join us on an immediate basis as we are on an expansion mode. Fresh graduates from any stream can apply.

The basic criteria is: Good verbal and written communication and problem solving skills.
We have 20 positions.
We would like to inform you that no charges will be taken from the candidates.

Job Designation : Tech. Support Executives/Implementation Engineer/Site Staff
Job Location : Delhi/New Delhi/NCR
The position opening is for Tech. Support Executives/Implementation Executives. Candidates having pleasing personality who are willing to learn, implement their knowledge and skills in the education sector.
As we are catering to the education industry, good communication and presentable skills are mandatory.
The position requires the incumbent to have basic knowledge regarding computer, should be proactive, can act on his/her own.
Selected candidates would be given 3-5 days training on company's software. No bar on the stream. Candidates can be from any education stream.

Job Description/Responsibilities: are likely to include some or all of the following:

Technical support company's software products
Coordinating between the customers and the company.
Handling customer's call with patience, intelligence and courtesy.
Work with Support Managers
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
Producing written information for customers, often involving use of computer packages/software;
Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use;
Learning about your organisation's products or services and keeping up to date with changes;
Assist the school staff, teachers and management in implementation and support
The selected candidates should be able to join immediately.
