About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Troubleshooting technical issues & diagnosing and repairing faults
2. Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem and providing timely and accurate customer feedback
3. Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
4. Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
5. Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
