Job Description
- Assist with preparation, editing, facilitation and support of online courses.
- Train presenters and internal employees on the use of our virtual classroom.
- Manage (prepare, review and upload) online course materials from presenters to students’ login.Provide real-time support for course moderators/presenters/participants for live webinars, virtual classroom and virtual conferences Carry virtual classroom Testing/PoC for new Institutes/ Colleges and Users.
- Participate in quality assurance testing of our partnered Institutes/Colleges and Users
- Support sales team to Create Institutes/ Colleges and Users logins on our website.
- Support sales team to get the backend database of Institutes/Colleges and users for payments review.
- Collaborate with managing editors, continuing education administrators, and continuing education managers as needed Collaborate on other education projects as needed.
- Install Video Conferencing Solutions at site.
