Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide day to day technical support to the client
2. Handle software installation & training
3. Attend customer queries on software and provide solutions
4. Accurately configure and test the Wera product for the requirements and design documentation
5. Install the Wera product (remotely), including SQL server installation/configuration
6. Provide technical skills to the respond project life cycle
7. Provide technical and business skills to upgrade customers to newer versions of the Wera Product
8. Provide cover and assistance for the responsive customer support organization
9. Escalate customer issues to the project manager as appropriate
10. Observe trends with technical issues and recommend improvements to product, documentation, or implementation
11. Ensure professional manner at all times
12. Acquire and maintain current knowledge of products and service offerings
13. Contribute to a customer-focused environment that encourages information sharing, team-based resolution activity, cross-training, and an absolute focus on resolving customer issues as quickly and effectively as possible
14. Attend training sessions offered and assist with peer training as needed
