Job Description
Prepare, review, and approve technical documents and reports.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and quality standards.
2)Content Development & Review:
Develop and review technical content for laboratory products, chemicals, and instruments.
Assist in creating scientific literature, brochures, and training materials.
3)Customer & Sales Support:
Offer technical guidance and training to customers on laboratory equipment and chemicals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Technical Support:

Respond to client inquiries regarding the usage, compatibility, and performance of chemical products.

Provide technical assistance over phone, email, or in-person visits.

Understand customer applications and suggest suitable product grades or modifications.
2. Product Knowledge & Application Support:
-
Maintain deep understanding of the company's chemical products, including specifications, safety data, and industry-specific applications.

Assist customers in understanding correct handling, storage, and application methods.

Support troubleshooting for formulation issues, performance inconsistencies, or quality concerns.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
-
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, product complaints, and technical support provided.

Prepare and share technical documents such as Product Data Sheets (PDS), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and technical bulletins.

Work with the QA/QC team to analyze complaints and coordinate lab testing if required.
4. Collaboration with Sales and R&D Teams:

Support the sales team by providing technical inputs during client discussions or presentations.

Liaise with the R&D and product development teams for customer feedback, product customization, or testing support.

Provide product training to internal staff and customers.
5. Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all technical advice given to clients complies with industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Educate customers on safety protocols and proper chemical usage.

Monitor regulatory changes and share updates related to product applications and handling.
