Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and professional support in line with defined processes and SLAs.

Analyze issues logically, identify patterns, and assist with resolution through structured troubleshooting.

Understand and follow business process workflows; apply process knowledge while handling tasks.

Maintain accurate documentation and updates in tickets/trackers and ensure proper handovers across shifts.

Collaborate with team members for smooth shift transitions and escalation when required.

Demonstrate a positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
