Job Description
We require Tech Support persons for:
· Windows based software product installation and software updates deployment
· Configure software at on site which is Manufacturing industry shopfloor (2-wheeler is must since most of the work is at Client’s place)
· Conduct training, demo and carry out hand holding for customer’s operator in our software
· Tele-support (communication spoken English, Hindi, Marathi) and remote support through TeamViewer/VPN RDP or any such medium
· Software connects with devices over RS-232 (serial port) or LAN (Ethernet/Wi-Fi) socket program
· Working knowledge on SQL Server would be advantageous
· Knowledge on Serial port communication, socket communication, wiring/soldering is a must
· Knowledge on IoT devices communication will be advantageous
