Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support Excellence: Deliver exceptional technical support to clients by addressing and resolving issues related to integrated physical security solutions.
- Remote Troubleshooting: Utilize remote-control software (e.g., Any Desk, TeamViewer) to quickly diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring seamless client experience.
- Networking Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of TCP/IP and networking to troubleshoot and resolve network-related challenges effectively.
- Cross-Platform Support: Provide comprehensive support for diverse operating systems, including Windows and Ubuntu, adapting to client needs with confidence.
- Documentation and Reporting: Track, document, and communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly, contributing to a knowledge base for high-quality and consistent support.
- Progressive Challenges: Take on increasingly challenging technical assignments, displaying a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of TCP/IP and networking, familiarity with remote-control software (e.g., Anydesk, TeamViewer), and experience across multiple operating systems (Windows, Ubuntu).
- Experience: Previous experience in technical support or related fields is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (preferred).
