Job & Skill Requirements
- Experience to lead support organization which preferably cover pan-India market
- Drive strategic efforts and P&L to support the service business
- Lead cross channel initiatives to improve the end user experience(s)
- Identify enhancements to drive improvements in customer satisfaction and service operations
- Lead collaborative initiatives in support of the organizational goals
- Strong background in hardware and software troubleshooting experience
- Strong background in training to get the system
- Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated basic verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Self-motivated and Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
- Keen attention to detail and analytical & problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
