Job Description
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 1-2 years of IT Sales/ quota-carrying experience.
- Able to take the calls regarding emails, games, printer, router, laptop, Wi-Fi, and solve the query of US clients.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to computers & focus on selling of Annual/ Per incident plan.
- Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries and meeting conversion/revenue targets.
- Respond to request for support and assistance from customers.
- Should have strong technical aptitude and understanding of IT/ Technology.
- Willing to work in US timings.
- Achieving Team Targets.
