Job Description â Compute Engineer
Role: Compute Engineer (L2 / L3)
Experience: 4âÂÂ8 years (can be adjusted)
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift: Rotational shifts (if applicable)
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for Compute infrastructure in enterprise environments
Manage and support VMware vSphere/ESXi environments (patching, upgrades, troubleshooting)
Perform server provisioning, configuration, and decommissioning
Handle incident, problem, and change management as per ITIL processes
Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability
Troubleshoot hardware and virtualization-related issues
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
