Job Description
Customer Support Executive
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Location: Hyderabad (Hyd)
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts with Rotational Offs
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English required; regional language is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility:
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience
