Job Description
Technical Trainees will assist in Manufacture & Servicing of 100 KVA to 25 MVA(25000 KVA) oil cooled Transformers.
Primarily they will be on the job training for 12 months in Manufacture of Transformer Windings, Core Lamination Assembly, Testing, Brazing, Welding , Lathe Machine operations etc.
These are highly specialised & skilled jobs and no School or College teaches these skills.
After satisfactory completion, they will be selected and absorbed as permanent employees in suitable cadre.
