- Graduate degree (Computer Science preferred)
- 0 to 3 years of teaching or coding experience

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

Conduct instructor-led training (ILT) sessions—both in-person and online—on the C programming language.

Deliver engaging and interactive sessions tailored for various levels of expertise, from beginner to advanced.

Evaluate and adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and audience backgrounds.

Provide real-world examples, live coding demonstrations, and hands-on exercises to enhance understanding.

Curriculum Development:

Design and update training content, including lesson plans, presentations, lab exercises, assignments, and assessments.

Ensure that the curriculum aligns with industry best practices and current technological trends.

Maintain and regularly update course materials to reflect new features, tools, or updates in the C ecosystem.

Assessment and Feedback:

Create and administer tests, quizzes, coding assignments, and project evaluations to assess trainee progress.

Offer constructive feedback and guidance to learners to help them improve their coding and problem-solving skills.

Identify knowledge gaps and provide additional support where necessary.

Learning Management and Reporting:

Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) to schedule sessions, distribute content, track learner progress, and generate reports.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and performance metrics.

Provide feedback to management on course effectiveness, participant engagement, and learning outcomes.

Mentoring and Support:

Act as a mentor and advisor to students and junior developers.

Offer support outside of class hours to assist with projects, clarify doubts, and provide career advice where appropriate.

Encourage continuous learning and development by recommending additional resources and projects.

Technical Expertise:

Stay current with developments in the C programming language and related tools (compilers, debuggers, IDEs).

Keep up-to-date with current industry trends and standards in systems programming, embedded systems, and software development practices.
