Position Title: TECHNICAL TRAINER – JAVA / PYTHON / SQL / DSA
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
CTC: ₹3 LPA (Fixed)
Locations: Vellore / Chennai / Amaravati (Candidate must be willing to relocate)
Role Overview: We are looking for passionate and technically sound fresh graduates who are enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring. As a Technical Trainer, you will train and guide students on programming concepts such as Java, Python, SQL, and DSA in a structured, curriculum-driven format.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interactive training sessions for students in Java, Python, SQL, DSA .
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and doubt clearing support.
• Assess learners' performance through quizzes, assignments, and basic evaluations.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to improve content delivery.
• Participate in ongoing learning to stay updated on teaching methods and technologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
• B.E / B.Tech / MCA (2023 or 2024 pass-outs).
• Strong foundational knowledge in at least two of the following: Java, Python, SQL,DSA.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to relocate and undergo onboarding training.
• Passion for teaching and guiding others.
