Job Description
- Looking for a Technical Trainer who are passionate for teaching Computer skills.
- Training will be provided based on the companies requirements
- Good Communication Skills:
- Technical Trainer will successfully bring and smooth the progress of classroom and online training.
- Designing training classes, reference materials, and training videos for standard software and custom applications
- Use successful appearance and facilitation skills including innovative training techniques and accelerate learning techniques using a variety of training delivery modalities in live classroom surroundings
- Assurance to excellence deliverable and commitment to work is predictable from the candidate
- Participate in or attend relevant professional seminars to keep informed of the latest training trends
- Should be interested in learning new technologies
- Candidate possess basic programming knowledge in Java, Dotnet, ERP will be an added advantage
- Be technically ability to understand client requirements and document them as per defined process.
- Business processes knowledge would be an added advantage
- Candidates with leadership qualities and quick learners are needed.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new applications and technologies.
