Professional Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering technical trainings to our global customers on Subscriber Data Management.
• Delivering course presentations and practical trainings to the customer on various aspects of IMS, CS Core and SDM network.
• Should have excellent presentation skills and zeal to explain the technical details in easy way to the participants.
• Should have the capability to understand technical details (features and new releases), and work as a SME for the technical content development work.
• Responsible to work as a SPOC taking end to end product ownership.

Technical Expertise:

• Expert knowledge of IP Multimedia System, along with all the ability to explain the network with precise details along with IMS service support.
• Expert level knowledge of all CSC functionality as to Proxy, Interrogating and Serving CSCF. Practical experience preferred.
• Should have detailed understanding of PCRF policies and charging, MGCF, BGCF and MGW user in IMS network

• Expert level understanding all access technologies and interworking with IMS network.
• Should have expert level understanding on CS core R4, ability to explain detailed functionality of MSS, MGW, STP and the Gateway nodes. With a detailed knowledge on SS7, BICC, H.248 and SIGTRAN.
• Expert level understanding of HLR/HSS and QoS for PDN networks.
• Should have detailed understanding and ability to explain various protocols used such as MAP, CAP, INAP etc, with their types and versions used.
• Expert level knowledge on SIP protocol with the ability to explain all the messages of SIP along with knowledge on Radius, Diameter, LDAP, CORBA etc.
• Expert level understanding of IP both IPv4 and IPv6 and various call flow scenarios in IP network and explain various aspects related to troubleshooting of IP using tracing tools like Wireshark, Nethawk etc.
• Intermediate to expert level understanding on Linux as to explaining the basics to participants, along with understanding on Virtualization (VM Ware / Open stack).
• Should have basic to intermediate understanding on the on PACO/LTE EPC this would serve as an added advantage.

Professional Experience & Competence:  

• Education: B.E/B.TECH (Electronics & Telecommunication)
• About 5+ Years of Telecom Industry experience preferably with Cellular Mobile operator or vendor , which can be implementation, integration/commissioning, Operation & Maintenance or Trainings.
