We have exciting opportunities for Candidates with Freshers/Experience for International Voice Process(Technical Support).
Eligibility:
Freshers and Experienced both are eligible.
Candidates with minimum 6 months of any International / domestic voice/chat experience can apply.
Looking for candidates who are flexible to work in any shift timings (Pre-dominantely nights).
Age not above 34 yrs. Immediate joiners most welcomed.
Job Description:
- Assist customers with any Malware, Virus, Hardware related issues.
- Answer Phone to respond to customer inquires and troubleshoot for any Malware issues
- Assist customers with installation / un installation of McAfee products.
- Assist customers with product configuration, error messages & / or common issues
- Project a professional company image through phone interaction
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Transfer the customer appropriate department if required
- Escalate the customer's concern to the next level if required
Required Skills:
Must be able to communicate fluently in English .
Looking for both UG/PG (in any discipline).
Candidates with experience in Customer support / Technical Support can apply.
