Job Description
Eligibility : Candidates with degree in English, Mass Communication and Journalism
Essential Skills :
- Excellent writing skills in English.
- Good awareness of Technical Writing standards and guidelines.
- Ability to multitask when required.
- Good team player with a willingness to learn new products and technologies.
Responsibilities :
- Work with System Architects, Analysts, Engineering, Testing, and Technical Support teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
- Develop user-friendly technical documents to cover aspects such as installation and usage of products.
- Maintain and enhance product documentation for ongoing product releases.
- Develop quick start guides, installation guides, planning and deployment guides, administrator’s guides, user guides, troubleshooting guides, context-sensitive online help, and knowledgebase articles.
- Follow the corporate style guide and writing guidelines while developing content.
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Develop and deliver technical documentation for multiple products and for multiple customers.
